Great post 😊
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed this series.
What a fabulous place.
My mother’s maiden name was Booth……I wonder if I’m related and this could be my inheritance 😊😊
Thanks Helen. It was indeed a very nice campus and the Saarinen’s house was wonderful.
I can see why this was a highlight. I may take a drive to Michigan!
Thanks Jacqui. Detroit is truly worth a visit… if we lived in Toronto we might go back sooner. It is a bit too far from Montreal to go often!
Wonderful! Detroit has certainly been unexpectedly interesting.
Thanks Anabel. I am glad we were able to get you to discover a new place. We were certainly pleasantly surprised by Detroit.
Fascinating images! I’d never guess Detroit from any of your posts on it. 🙂 Splendid!
Thanks for your note. We were pleasantly surprised by Detroit and its surrounding areas. It was a nice visit. Glad you enjoyed the series.
What a wonderful place, wonderfully captured!
Thanks Denise. It certainly was. We were very impressed by this campus. Glad you enjoyed this series.
When the kids were younger I took them here soooo many times, including the children’s museum which is free with a library pass. Wonderful place. I always imagined the kids might go to school there, but they are now grown and enjoying life!
Thanks David & Laura. We truly enjoyed our visit to this campus. We didn’t know anything about it until our friends took us there. One of them had studied there in the late 70s and they are always happy to be back.
