Après notre visite à Chichen Itza nous avons passé le reste de la deuxième semaine de notre séjour à nous prélasser sur la plages et à admirer les ciels changeants. A chaque jour, et même à chaque heure, les ciels nous offraient des spectacles différents. À une reprise, la pluie est arrivée plus vite que nous l’avions prévue et nous sommes revenus à notre appartement complètement détrempés, mais au moins la pluie n’était pas glaciale!
After our visit to Chichen Itza we spent the remainder of the second week of our stay lounging on the beaches and admiring the changing skies. Every day, and even every hour, the skies offered us different shows. On one occasion the rain came faster than we expected and we came back to our apartment completely drenched, but at least the rain wasn’t freezing!

Wow! I think I might have had a sore neck looking up. These are great photos. Good thing you were there as it will be these photo memories you will need to sustain you this winter.
Thanks Jacqui. As you can see we were fascinated by the changing skies. They made for great photos. We are certainly glad for the timing of our trip and we are still crossing fingers that we will still be able to go away this winter maybe a bit later than expected…

Merci Françoise. Bien contente que cette série ait su te plaire. Nous ne regrettons pas un instant d’être aller au Mexique. Nous avons bien géré les risques et nous croisons les doigts que nous pourrons repartir cet hiver même si c’est un peu plus que prévu.
De vraies plages de rêve. La lumière orageuse était superbe aussi et je suis certaine que vous vous êtes régalés, averse comprise. LOL!

Thanks for your note. We are blessed that we were able to spend time in this place. It was quite a break from all of the pandemic stuff…and our timing was perfect as it was before the Omicron wave…
Cloud porn! Feels almost illegal to view these photos at a time when all is cold and grey. So glad you were able to get a dose of sun and skies.
